Job Summary:

Designs web information that accurately reflects Brookdale"s goals, objectives and identity along with creating a compelling use experience. Creates the concepts, wireframes, artwork and layout for sites and other online projects based on creative briefs and meetings.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create the design and layout of Brookdale websites, landing pages, display ads and other digital items

  • Create a compelling user experience for all site visitors

  • Develop designs for A/B and multi-variant testing to improve the UX of target lead segments and improve CTA elements, IA, design, content and lead conversion rates on

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure is enhancing key business objectives and leveraging existing resources

  • Analyze online design trends and identify performance gaps to continually optimize site for both SEO and lead conversion performance

  • Develop digital assets including UI"s and icons for other teams, as needed

  • Translate project scope, art direction, and team/customer feedback into engaging experiences

  • Work with website developers to ensure that projects are delivered to a high visual and functional standard

  • Assist in the development of user flows, wireframes and mockups

  • Manage design projects from conception to completion

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor"s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field preferred

  • Minimum two years experience in web design

  • Possesses knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, DreamWeaver, Online Branding, Email Marketing, Display Advertising
