Brookdale Healthcare Services is looking for a Home Health Aide to provide therapy services in the Euclid area. Join a dynamic team of health care providers focused on health, wellness and prevention for all our patients.

Your responsibilities:*

  • Help resident maintain good personal hygiene

  • Plan and prepare nutritional meals

  • Assist with certain treatments as ordered by the physician and approved and supervised by the nurse

  • Encourage residents to become as independent as possible according to the nursing care plan

  • Give simple emotional and psychological support to the resident and other members of the household

  • Report any changes to the resident"s mental or physical condition or in the home to immediate supervisor

Required skills and qualifications:

  • STNA required

  • One year recent home health experience

  • Medicare experience required

  • Current CPR and first aid certifications

  • Ability to interact and build relationships with older adults*
