We"re looking for a compassionate health care professional to become our clinical care coordinator, a new position that will help ensure our senior living community provides optimal care to residents while evaluating the needs of prospective residents and offering them solutions. This position aligns you with community leaders, allowing you to make an impact in the lives of seniors and their families while gaining sales experience and management skills. You"ll conduct personal service plan reviews, assist in marketing functions and participate in strategy sessions. Preferred skills and qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
One to two years experience in assisted living or long-term nursing
Working knowledge of computer systems, databases and Microsoft Office
Ability to effectively listen and communicate verbally and in writing
