Coordinate resident services and/or associate schedules; responsible for filling all shifts
Serve as a point of contact and resource to other schedulers
Ensure that community and corporate policies are disseminated and followed by all care associates
Complete data entry and administrative reporting as necessary
Coordinate alternative resources for associates and families
Required skills and qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Two years of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred
Flexibility with schedule including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the senior population
