Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resident services and/or associate schedules; responsible for filling all shifts

  • Serve as a point of contact and resource to other schedulers

  • Ensure that community and corporate policies are disseminated and followed by all care associates

  • Complete data entry and administrative reporting as necessary

  • Coordinate alternative resources for associates and families

Required skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Two years of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred

  • Flexibility with schedule including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the senior population
