*Job Summary: *

Provides administrative support as needed to various corporate level positions, as well as field based associates.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains vendor files and contracts related to projects.

  • Coordinates meetings.

  • Works with management to assist with supply orders for projects.

  • Maintains tracking logs of project status updates.

  • Codes and processes departmental invoices.

  • Maintains office equipment and calls service when necessary for copiers, fax machines, postage machines and package delivery.

  • Inventories and orders supplies and paper goods.

  • Performs related work as required or assigned, including maintaining calendars, flight and hotel arrangements and set-up of meetings, copies, etc.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
