Job Summary:

Assists in planning and coordinating specific projects. Act as a liaison with all company departments to execute projects in a timely and cost effective manner.

Essential Functions:*

  • Under direct supervision, assists in daily coordination of projects and activities including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and project requirements.

  • Tracks and documents progress and identifies/resolves issues. Ensures project stays within established budget.

  • Communicates with internal associates and external clients/vendors.

  • Ensures project documentation in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

  • Performs project follow up as needed.

  • Performs administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing ad hoc reports.

  • Completes additional responsibilities as needed.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor"s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred; and at least two years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Microsoft Office products experience to include Word, Excel, and Power Point is required.

  • Microsoft Project, PeopleSoft experience preferred
