Brookdale Healthcare Services is looking for a Home Health Human Resources Coordinator to provide services in the Jacksonville area. You"ll work closely with HR managers to process new hires while acting as a liaison between vendors and the company. This role provides opportunity for advancement in our HR department and the chance for you to make a difference in the lives of seniors. Provide excellent customer service and general HR support to BHS communities
Maintain employee personnel files, including federal I-9 Compliance and licensure verifications
Process all required paperwork and employee notifications
Function as a liaison between vendors and employees, advising employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefit matters
Coordinate and process new hire paperwork, including background checks and new hire forms
Provide support to field HR Directors and managers
Ensure completion of termination paperwork

Required skills and qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor"s degree preferred
One to three years of related office experience and/or training
Must enjoy working with the senior population
