As a Hospice Director in the Santa Rosa area you"ll lead a talented and dedicated team of clinicians focused on providing outstanding care to our patients. We"re looking for a seasoned healthcare professional, with an associate"s or bachelor"s degree and at least three years of management experience. *Your responsibilities: *

  • Responsible for the overall direction of the hospice services and for the delegation and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations

  • Establish standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guide-lines

  • Ensure that interdisciplinary care is provided, supportive services are available to personnel, and that appropriate service policies and procedures are developed and implemented to accomplish identified outcomes

  • Direct staff in performance of their duties including admission, discharge, transfer, revocation, and provision of service to patients

*Required skills and qualifications: *

  • Bachelor"s Degree in a health care related field

  • At least three years experience in health care management

  • Strong analytic skills and in-depth understanding of the organization and the business

  • Pro level understanding of hospice care and the services provided to patient and family/caregiver
